January 23, 2015: NEUMAN, SANDRA V LIFESPACE COMMUNITIES INC D/B/A HARBOUR’S EDGE
Allegations: During the Resident’s stay at Harbour’s Edge, the staff and employees failed to develop an adequate care plan and properly monitor and supervise the care and treatment provided to the Resident in order to prevent her from suffering a significant fall and resulting, traumatic injuries to her arm and shoulder.

RESULT: Case disposed on January 6, 2016.

Allegations: The Resident tripped and fell on a clear table located within the card room at the Harbour’s Edge which was a hazard. The Resident fell and sustained bodily injury due to the fall.

Due to this condition, the individual tripped and fell and sustained bodily injuries.

RESULT: Case disposed by Settlement on September 22, 2015.
