NextGen Injury Law is looking to add lawyers who would like to handle complex personal injury cases in South Florida. Our law firm is seeking lawyers barred in Florida, including those newly admitted, to join its team.
The legal field is constantly changing and NextGen Injury Law embraces the needs of those looking to join a law firm with unique business opportunities. All candidates must have strong entrepreneurial goals, writing skills, and are tech savvy. We are looking to add individuals who are willing to do the following:
- Help develop the branding and growth of NextGen Injury Law;
- Originate and handle new clients; and
- Assist with Client and Case Management
We can offer guidance and will teach lawyers under a new business model that will help the lawyer grow and develop their career. We will hold live in-person private seminars in South Florida to teach lawyers who join our team so that they fully understand how to handle complex personal injury cases.
We will also work with team members, through remote software, to help make sure deadlines are met for cases and clients are satisfied. Additionally, we will offer innovative payment models that will help team members build a portfolio of work.
