Allegations: While at Harborchase of Coral Springs, the Resident’s admission and continued admission was wholly inappropriate in light of the fact she required heightened nursing care and supervision based upon her health condition. Additionally, the facility failed to provide her with a safe and decedent living environment and failed to ensure that she received adequate and appropriate health care. During her residency at Harborchase of Coral Springs, the Resident suffered falls and unexplained injuries. The falls resulted in traumatic injuries requiring hospitalization and surgical intervention.
