Allegations: The Resident was admitted to Jupiter Medical Center Pavilion Inc. on September 6, 2009 where she was identified as a fall risk. The Resident fell eleven times during her admission at the Facility. A December 2, 2010 fall caused the Resident to be transported to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a displaced intertrochanteric left femur fracture, requiring an open reduction internal fixation operation with the placement of various permanent hardware components in the left leg.
