Allegations: While at the Veranda Club Assisted Living facility, a housekeeper employed by the facility slipped and fell on an apartment patio due to a dangerously slippery dirt, mold, and algae on the patio tiles. Due to the fall, the housekeeper was injured.

Allegations: While at the Veranda Club Assisted Living facility, the Resident suffered a fall while he was under the care and control of an employee of the facility. The trauma resulted in an acute rib fracture, a contusion of the left thorax front wall, a cardiac contusion, traumatic chest pain, shortness of breath and pleural effusion. The Resident suffered tremendous pain and suffering for the last 47 days of his life.
