NextGen Injury Law Investigating West Palm Beach Assisted Living Facility

NextGen Injury Law has been retained to investigate years of alleged elder abuse occurring in West Palm Beach, Florida at a local Assisted Living Facility.  As reported by the Palm Beach Post, the owner of the facility, Bhoodram Parsaram, was recently arrested on elder abuse charges.  Our law firm has been retained to investigate a potential wrongful death lawsuit against the facility, B P Assisted Living Facility II, and the owner due to the death of one its former residents, Elizabeth “Betty” Weber.  The Palm Beach Post issued a recent post about the facility and some of the allegations that have been made against the facility:
